Photograph Use License Agreement
Permission to use photographs from Gray Photography, LLC
This License Agreement is granted to the person whose company or personal name appears on the purchase information and is valid from the date of purchase for the lifetime of the purchaser. This license only applies to non watermarked full resolution images downloaded directly from the Gray Photography website.
This license is not transferable.
The photographer who took each photograph is the owner of the copyright. Gray Photography photographs are not in the public domain. We reserve the exclusive rights to the photograph for any use deemed appropriate by the copyright owner. None of the images or a derivative of the images by Gray Photography may be copyrighted.
When you purchase a Photograph Use License Agreement from Gray Photography LLC, the photograph is licensed, not sold, to you by Gray Photography LLC, for non-exclusive, commercial use in print, web, multimedia, and/or presentation, etc. You may use the photograph(s) with visuals, text or other multimedia content in a commercial or non-commercial production without any additional licensing fees. For printed materials, the total print count may not exceed 500,000 copies.
You may produce and sell a product created from a licensed photograph from the Gray Photography web site without any additional licensing fees providing provided the end user of your product is restricted from obtaining direct access to the photograph for personal use. For example, you can mass produce and market a book which incorporates our photograph, but you cannot make available or bundle a copy of our photograph(s) on a CD/DVD or web site for your customers to edit, copy, or use as they wish. You are not permitted to distribute the image for reuse.

Please use the following crediting guidelines on any production that utilizes photographs from the Gray Photography, LLC web site. Credits will be given to Gray Photography when any other credits appear and where deemed suitable - i.e. “Photograph taken by Gary Gray, Gray Photography LLC" (www.grayphotoonline.com)
For some situations, we realize that crediting is not always possible. However, if you have the space, please give us a credit.

No endorsement may be implied by any source, subject, Gary Gray or Gray Photography, LLC when using photographs on this web site. The people and organizations in these images may not be subject to any untrue, slanderous, hate-crime or obscene statements or portrayals in any publication or product they are used in.
